Who You'll Work With We are seeking a Fund Administration Team Leader to join our Accounting Team, focusing on private equity.
What You'll Do The candidate will report to a Manager within the Accounting Teams. They will assist in providing direction and guidance, implementing procedures, and managing customer requirements to ensure high-quality service.
Role Support: The Team Leader will oversee the day-to-day activities of all pooled vehicles for the Global Fund Administration department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support internal (e.g., marketing, legal, portfolio management) and external customers.
- Provide training and development for Fund Administration Analysts.
- Assist with complex issues and special projects.
- Conduct high-level reviews and coordinate audits.
- Review tax information and fund distribution calculations.
- Ensure proper workflow and process improvements.
- Document procedures and respond to client requests.
Unique Aspects: This role is more analytical, avoiding repetitive day-to-day accounting tasks.

What We Are Looking For:
- Qualifications: 5+ years in finance and a 4-year degree in a business field (preferably accounting or finance).
- Skills: Proficient in mutual fund accounting, tax issues, SEC regulations, financial reporting, and spreadsheets. Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Special Knowledge: Proficiency in standard desktop applications. Knowledge of RIC reporting, financial reporting, and alternative products is a plus. Process management/improvement experience preferred.
